Hello Agents!
Some great news today!! So let's get right into it.
Canada/US Fulfilment
Great news!!! Your games have arrived at PSI today. As we speak, they are counting the units and making sure that we have received everything. By the end of the day today (or very early Monday), PSI will have the Canadian freight ready to go. I have already organized for the pallets to be picked up, and the customs agent is waiting for our stock to cross the border. Everything is set up to make this the quickest turnaround possible. US backers, games will begin shipping once the Canadian pallets leave the warehouse. My guess is that they will be shipping by late next week. PSI is so good at this piece, I'm excited that they are doing the fulfilment for us. I will let Canadian backers know when the games have landed in Canada, and US backers know when the games have begun to ship! Yay!
Australia/New Zealand
Agents, your games have all shipped. We aren't expecting them all to have landed yet. But Aetherworks told me yesterday that they have completed their work. This is exciting, as some of you have already been receiving your games and letting us know about it! Woo hoo!
Asia and RoW
VFI has completed the Asian shipping. Some of you have received your games already. Some of you are still waiting. It might take longer than expected to get your games, as this time of year is very busy for deliveries. If you are RoW, your games are being loaded into containers and shipped to their various locations. See the shipping times table at the bottom of the campaign page here. These are approximations, and timing might take longer because of the worldwide freight issues. We ask for your patience with this.
EU and the Rest of Europe
Your games are slated to arrive within the next few days. Surfin' Meeple has our backer data and is ready to roll once your games arrive. I will continue to update you with information once I get it. Thank you for your patience.
UK
We are waiting to hear from GamesQuest. We still don't know if our games have arrived safe and sound. Once we have more information, we will certainly update you. We know that they have struggled through Covid and are consistently experiencing delays. While they have had your backer data for some time, they are fulfilling other games before ours, that is for certain. Again, we'll update you when we have any more information.

Component Issues
While we strive to make a perfect game, sometimes that doesn't happen. In fact we expect 1% of every print run to have packing/component issues. While we know you'll be as environmentally conscious as we are (if a piece is broken, gluing it might work), some issues just can't be overlooked. If you have such issues, please send us an email with images of your issue, an explanation of the issue (especially if your game is missing something), and your Kickstarter email address so that we can check all of our boxes. Your email should go to [email protected].
Your name will be added to a spreadsheet and we will get to replacements as soon as we can. Keep in mind that we are in Canada, and don't even have replacement parts for you yet. We will update you with information about your replacements as soon as we can.

Hello Agents,
Much good news for this update!! Let's get right into it.
Australia/New Zealand
In Too Deep is on its way to the Aetherworks warehouse as we speak. Your games will start processing this week and hopefully will begin shipping out by the end of the week. They believe they will finish fulfilment quickly. Yay!
Asia and Row
Your game are in the queue now! They are going to begin fulfilment any day. I'm so excited to hear this news. I am sure you are as well!
US/Canada Backers
Your In Too Deep games have a new estimated arrival date. They will dock November 1st. Exactly how long it will take to get them to PSI is anyone's guess at this point. But as we have promised in the past, we'll keep you updated each step of the way.
EU/RoE
Your games are still on the water as we speak. We will let you know if there are any changes to the docking date of November 12th.
UK Backers
Your games will be headed to the ShipQuest fulfilment warehouse on the 31st of October. They have been on the water for some time. I am still unsure about the schedule for fulfilment, but as with all of the other uncertainties, I will definitely keep you updated.
What We're Up To

Hello Agents,
We have some good news today for our Asia and RoW backers as well as our EU and RoE backers! But here is an update for everyone!
Asia and RoW Backers
From what we hear, your games are at VFI. They are working through the backer report we have submitted. Any day now they will let me know when they will begin shipping. As with everything in China right now, it is slower than usual. Please be patient. We are making this happen. We will let you know when things start moving.
EU and RoE Backers
Good news for you!! Your games are finally going to be headed to France where they will be fulfilled from. Our fulfilment partner Surfin' Meeple has notified us that In Too Deep is estimated to depart China on October 19th, and arrive in France on November 12th. While shipping to the EU is in a much better place than to the US, we imagine that the games will sit at the port for a short time before they make their way to Surfin' Meeple. We will keep you informed about this. For now, you can track the ship (PARIS EXPRESS 020W) here. We will continue to keep you informed.
UK Backers
Your freight has already landed. This means that it is sitting at the port. I have been waiting for an update, which will come when GamesQuest begins to move the games from the port to the warehouse. I will let you know when it arrives.
AU and NZ Backers
Your games have arrived in Australia. However, we are still waiting for an update on fulfilment from Aetherworks. When we get one we'll let you know. Thanks for your patience.
US Backers
Your games are still making their way to the US (slowly, I might add). You can find your vessel (MAERSK HURON 69E) here. In Too Deep is scheduled to arrive in the US on October 25th. I imagine that they will sit in the vessel off the shore of the US for some time. I had another container with a reprint of Fossilis (from our sibling company KTBG) that was supposed to land 2 weeks ago. And while the vessel has been in US waters for almost two weeks, it is still waiting to dock. This is similar to the experiences of every other publisher we know, unfortunately.
That being said, PSI, our fulfilment partner, is getting your orders ready as we speak. They are checking the backer report to make sure that everything is in place so that they can begin fulfilment immediately after the Canadian freight is moved forward. We will keep you posted!
Canadian Backers
While your games are with the US backer games, that hasn't stopped us from getting things ready to ship to Canada. PSI has instructions to prepare your freight to move out before they begin shipping US backers their games. We will be using D6, as we have with our past campaign fulfilment. So, we know the drill. Our customs papers are being drawn up right now, and the backer report is being prepared. We are as eager to get your games to you as you are to get them. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

Hello Agents,
This is another short one. I wanted to update you on recent events pertaining to freight to Asia/RoW, EU/Europe, and Canada.
Asia and RoW
Your games are still waiting to be delivered to VFI. Currently the warehouse is in lockdown. So, they are unable to receive games from us. I believe we have another week of waiting on this. But I will let you know when your games are ready to be fulfilled.
EU/Rest of Europe
Good news only, European Agents! Your games have two possible times to leave China and head for Surfin' Meeple in France. The first possibility is at the end of September (fingers crossed for this one). The second is the middle of October. Since Surfin' Meeple is using its own containers, we know our stock is in good hands. So, we will await further information from them. But at least we know that the process is underway.
Canada
We are looking into the shortest possible voyage for your games once they arrive in the US. We will keep you posted about this in the coming week.
Addresses Locked Today
Don't forget that we will be locking your addresses tonight at 8pm EST. If you need to change your address after that, you'll have to go through us. There will be a point at which it will no longer be possible. So, make sure to change your address ASAP.

Hi Agents,
We have some updated news for Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Row only. So this will be a short update. If you are not in these regions, I don't have any more information than I did in the last update. I promise to update you with any information I have going forward.
Asia and Row
While we have organized freight to VFI in China from our manufacturer, the games have not yet left the warehouse. VFI is now in a 2 week quarantine. I will update you with information when more becomes available.
Australia and New Zealand
In an amazing turn of events, your games will be landing in Australia in 1 week. They will be picked up by Aetherworks and fulfilment will begin in about 2 weeks. I'm shocked an amazed and so very happy for you all.
